M3, M4, M5, M6 Screw hole, nut hole, for design value investigation

I checked the printing accuracy of the 3D printer and created it to adjust the design value of screw hole and nut hole.
Since M6 was designed only, please let me know if there is a problem.

nut
· Hexagon socket size
· Square hole (horizontal direction) size
