Add lower case for SKR V1.3 and upper for 60mm fan

Add lower housing with mainboard closer to the wall (lower_skr_closer.stl) . For those who want to use the built-in card reader. Not tested but should be fine.
Ender 3 pro verison not tested

A qucik note. I,am not using a build in SKR 1.1 sd card reader but at 12864 Full Graphics LCD .Access to the card reader
