Two Trees Sapphire mount for 60mm mainboard fan

My Sapphire PSU had a 12V fan that was running off a 24V power feed, revving like mad and sounding like a turbo jet. I wanted to replace it with something less noisy, so I had a choice of using a 24 to 12V voltage converter, using a 24V fan or use two 12V fans in series.
