YAFR/MM Mashup Part Deux

The original setup was pretty wobbly for me. Lots of slop in the threads.

Changes:
Reduced the frame volume. Prints faster!
Added a third screw to hold the top inline.
Added a second tooth to each screw hole which reduces racking.
Integrated the bearing shafts. These are a press-fit coming from my printer.
Added a hole for a #10 screw to use with a washer to retain the bearing, if needed.

You may want to try printing the screws at 102% as that eliminates a lot of slop on its own.
