Inspired by Nerys' design, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1598317 , but does not require extra screws.
The rolling ball bearing works pretty well, filament does not get stuck. The filament guide is held in place by the stock M5 screws, and the filament holder support bracket.
The filament hole in this design is 3mm wide.
