I have created connectors for PVC round tubes here. The round tubes in 20mm diameter are available in every hardware store in the department of electrical installations.

All parts are designed for printing without structure.
If you print with 4 layers for the walls, then 10% filling is enough.
I have planned the drill holes for wood screws 20x3.5.
