Rod Cutting Jig

I'm currently building my own 3D printer from scratch, and created this jig to ensure that all the rods I cut are of equal length.

Cut the first rod to size, and the slot it into the jig and use it as a template to cut the following rods to "Almost" the same length. I say almost as it will be 1 - 2 mm off depending on the type of tool used, but makes it much easier file down to the correct size opposed to cutting with a grinder.
