CR10S spool holder table mount

this thing turns spool holder, come with CR10-S into table mount spool holder.
for different table plate sizes, edit the step file ;)

for assembling you need also:
2x M4 x 60 Cross recessed raised cheese head screw (DIN-EN-ISO 7045)
2x M4 Hexagon nut (DIN-EN-ISO 4033)
2x M3 Hexagon nut (DIN-EN-ISO 4033)
