10mm x-ends for MendelMax 1.5

This is a modified version of Kühling's Mendelmax x-ends. This version is for 10mm smooth rods on the Y axis and X axis.

I have not made these parts yet and as such, I have left it as a work in progress. I will change the stuts when I get positive reports of it working or have a working print of my own.
