LED-arm for C270 mount (Ender 3)

### Description
The LED-list itself is from another source, found at Thingiverse, too - but sadly, i can't find the source anymore.

I've added a small piece of plastic, which helps holding up the wire form the LED-scrip - nothing fancy, but works. Fell free to make it even better. I didn't have the time and needs for creating multiple _"wire-supports"_.
