E3D 40mm fan with integrated 4010 part cooling fan

I wanted to use the original version together with this Bondtech mount for my HEVO:

But I needed to mirror it, so I modified it to be used with a 4010 blower.
And in addition, I wanted to use a 40mm instead of a 30mm fan.
The result isn't perfect, but does work so far.
