This is an attempt at a combo solution that holds an E3D clone hotend with 22.3mm radiator diameter in the Wade's extruder of my 3D Printer Czar i3 while providing the hotend with a 40mm fan that might actually keep it cool enough not to melt itself out of the mounting plate after ten minutes of PLA temperature.
Print with the fan side down and it should work without support.
