Ender 3 filament guide for 604 bearing

This is a remix of a remix. The original design was made by Holspeed and Technoswiss changed it to use a 604 bearing (the one that comes with the original Ender 3 feeder assembly).

I have since made the following changes:
1. Shortened it to align it perfectly to my MK8 aluminum feeder assembly (I don't know if it is also perfectly aligned with the stock feeder assembly but you should do yourself a favor and replace that ASAP anyways)
2. Made a hole to make room for a recessed nut (and widen
