Prusa MK3S Einsy Case with piDoor and y-axis cable chain

Update 5/13/19: Created a version with the MK3S cutout door on a request.

Update 5/14/19: I have about 5,000 total hours against this design on 16 machines, so far no issues of any kind. I think this problem can be marked off as solved.

This is a mashup of the original MK3S einsy case, piZero door access, and y-axis cable chain mods.
