pi_camera_ribbon_guard (failure)

Some connectable tunnels for an extra long ribbon cable for a raspberry pi camera.
Plan is to make a rigid channel under my ender3 bed, and then somehow connect a cable chain guard the rest of the way to the Pi

v0 - Failure. The joints (i dont know the term for the peg and the hole) is weak. I printed at 10% infill so that might be the problem. The pegs fit very tightly. After dry fitting them, i broke several pegs off trying to disassemble. Also the shear lenght of the tunnel, causes to
