C3PO Torso Version 2

This is an improved version of my torso model. These work with the same neck ring, belly circle and back panel from my previous version so I did not include a copy of those in this posting. You can get those in my previous version posting. I have made the following changes.

1. Completely redesigned the shoulder rings. The new design is similar to Gordon Tarpley's design with an interlocking ring. This allows you to attach the shoulder ring and shoulder bell to the torso and allow it to freely
