Gloomhaven Character Dash and Storage v2

*Update: Added the bottom box to this as well. I modified the bottom slightly to include a blocker for the character card on the top left. Now the character card won't float around in the box anymore.

Based on Manocho's awesome design, I've made a quality of life improvement by removing the divider on the item bar and I've shifted the character picture window over 5mm to be in line with the entire photo.
