My E3D V6 came loose using printed threads so I created this to use the supplied nut that came with the E3D threaded heatsink.
Instructions:
Sand down screw boss until it gives a reliable trigger. It doesn't take much sanding.
The flange on the washer is a tight fit and might require a little cleanup.
