Alfawise U20 Standalone Kit

Few modification to accommodate differences in Alfawise over CR10.
Mainly:
Touch LCD and motherboard ...
but also my personal preferences.

A. Alfawise U20 touch LCD (lcd_faceplate_v1.1).
Mounted on the front. 30 deg tilt. Small footprint, fairly easy and quick to print. Little support needed. Construction holes for easy assembly.

Requirement:
1) 4 M2x5.5 - 6mm screws. Longer will perforate faceplate. See pictures.
2) Extension cable ribbon 40pin 0.5 pitch:
- 2x200mm + 2 adapters
