Heavy duty double spring threaded mounting flange vibration dampener for flexible filament.

This remix contains a firm inner spring from this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3409254. I've printed one version with TPE, and it was too soft. The upper nut would get tight, stretch then get loose under the mounting plate. I didn't have this issue while using TPU because it doesn't stretch like elastic. The shore hardness was between 95A & 98A according to reviews on the filament.
