Case collator based on AmmoMike83's openBulletFeeder

The parts turn AmmoMike83's openBulletFeeder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2504314) into a case collator. The casefeeder_platelarge_spring.stl attaches to the large MBF spring. The original hole, where the bullets drop through, needs to be closed. The openBulletFeeder includes a plug design.
