E3D Chimera 40mm Fan + DC42 sensor + Fang duct mount

This is combination of bkbreyme radial fang style fan duct for E3D Chimera and Core3D_Tech 30mm to 40mm fan adapter, coupled with a mount for a DC42 IR sensor.

I haven't printed this yet, but hopefully it will make my current abomination of a Chimera setup a lot nicer.
