Cable Chain Mount for Printrbot Metal Plus

At my last maintenance cycle I was considering adding a cable chain going to the extruder carriage on my Printrbot Metal Plus. The only mounting type I could find was an attachment that fit over the extruder motor. I didn't like that idea so I decided to design my own to mount to the existing cable management arm.
