Digital reconstruction of the Pons Rotto in Rome (The Broken Bridge) to its ancient Roman state - the Pons Aemilius that existed in 68 BCE. The Pons Rotto on the Tibet River is the only remaining fragment of the old bridge which succumbed to floods and time. The last fragment was digitally reconstructed using photographs, and the rest of the bridge was made using drawings from the 1500s, 1600s, and 1700s.
The segments were printed in series and glued together using ABS cement then painted.
