Soft stop/limit extension for microswitch

This bumper will give me another 6mm (about a quarter inch) between my soft and hard stops on Alfr3d, a root 3 cnc mill I'm building.

I'm using linuxcnc and I'm aware I can increase motor acceleration to insure Alfr3d comes to a stop quickly. However, these little bumpers are "training wheels" so-to-speak.
