Please make sure that the Letters are on the correct axis when printing
I was having issues with Z-height The "Standard" XYZ Cube Wasn't cutting it.
By adding the O's to each axis I could see that something was not quite right straight away (as the O became ellipse (slightly))
When modelling this I decided to hollow our the centre as there is no need for it.By adding a Chamfer to the top and bottom it ca
