Cannondale Bicycle Brake Cable Guide - Easy slip on!

This is a remix of the original author's cable guide, which is a wonderful project. I didn't want to pull the whole brake cable off the bike to put a replacement one on. I added a 4mm opening to the guide to allow you to put it on without pulling the whole cable. The cable on mine measures 4.84mm, so it slips in with a bit of a push, but doesn't fall back out.
