Stinger/V.A.M.P. Wheel Upgrade

**UPGRADE** This is an upgraded version of the VAMP/Stinger Wheel included with Jabberwock's models.

I have added vent holes in the wheels as well as lugnuts. This provides more detail for those who print the vehicles for 28mm gaming.
