Everdell Organizer VP tray

A remix of the VP tray for [Fabmaszter](https://www.thingiverse.com/fabmaszter/designs)'s excellent [__Everdell__](https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/199792/everdell) [Organizer](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3208142). I found the VP tray to be way too hard to get out of the box, so I added a small "handle".
