Ikea lack enclosure - upper leg extension 40mm

I extended the upper leg bracket to 40mm to accommodate the use of the Ender 3 Damping Feet (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2913473).

Ensuring the leg screw is central to this part will allow enough bite to still hold the leg firmly to the table part.
