E3D Titan V6 support with 3DTouch

This is a remix of Geeetech i3 Pro B - E3D Titan extruder support (with V6) by Noisemaker00 to add 3DTouch support. Is not the best because screws is under motor but it works.

These are offsets measured:

X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 31 // X offset: -left +right [of the nozzle]
Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 5 // Y offset: -front +behind [the nozzle]
Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -5.20 // Z offset: -below +above [the nozzle]
