Nozzle spanner / wrench and holder.

This is a holder for my 9mm extruder nozzle extractor [Thing 3450521](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3450521) which will also hold 5 nozzles. I've included the original file here for convenience.

Use double-sided tape to stick the retainer in a convenient place for easy access when required. The nozzle hole size suits Mk10 extruder (9mm) nozzles and probably others.

The extractor takes a 9mm socket. My socket is 12.9mm external diameter and came from a Draper set. I glued a small nut into the socket so the thread of the nozzle is above the rim which makes it easier when screwing the nozzle into the extruder.
