My Vaude OFF-Road bag hid my rear bicycle red light that used to be attached to the seat tube.
As it has a tubing all around it, I decided to print a holder for my lamp so here it is, the tube where this thing attach has a 8mm diameter.
The lamp strap locks the lamp holder on the tube, it also has a lip on the bottom for the lamp not to slip out
