Nerf Chimera Actuator - For fitting with Cpt Slug's ramrod

Edited the Actuator from NorthEast Design's Nerf Chimera to fit the ramrod from Cpt Slug.

Took the same design from Cpt Slug's actuator on the holding of the ramrod by screws.

Update:
1) Added Actuator_Cpt_Slug_-_Revised with back plate.STL file.
The first iteration of the actuator had an issue with the pusher eventually moving back into the plunger tube after prolonged use.
This new second iteration has a 'backplate' as a brace against the pusher piece.
