E3D Lite6 mounting cage for Anycubic Kossel delta

An alternative mounting block/cage to use E3D Lite6 hotends on the Anycubic Kossel printers. I designed this to use on my Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus, as the original mounting cage is too tall to use with a Lite6 - but it should also work on other Anycubic Kossel models which use the same metal cage to mount the hotend. It may also work for genuine E3D v6 hotends, though I don't have one to test with.

The top of the cage has a slot with a larger rounded end to allow installation and removal
