Clip for Mast

I needed a way to fix random weapons to the Shipwork's ship I am building. It's basically a ring with some lego style clips around it. Although it's designed for the Shipworks mast, it'll probably work with anything with an inner diameter of 16mm and an outer one of 22mm.
