A cheap lid for the Anycubic 4Max.
Extruder cables and bowden need to be rerouted into top opening. See

Definitely a Work In Progress. 2/3/2019 added openscad file for a spacer to hold self adhesive velcro. Uses M3x8 with captive spring washer screws. Holes are 2.8mm so they can self tap.
Needs to "Square the Circle" i.e. fill in the corners where the cake carrier does not cover the opening. Maybe some 3d printed pieces.
