Raiscube R2 Ring fan - lucaruso v.3.2

After loosing (melt) the "original" fan mount, I decided to design the next one myself.
It is fully functional but there are some elements to improve,
when I will have a new "improved" version I will publish it.

Upgrade compared to the original piece.
- concentrated air flow
- improved the outlet angle of the flow
- increased the distance between the fan mount and the extruder.

To be improved in the next revisions of this version
- reduce the width of the piece
