Kaizen Foam Desk Organization

I use Kaizen Foam [https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007J21L0A] for numerous drawer organizations and figured the idea may be useful for others. In the first image it's my old layout and I've reworked it with a new set of foam. Kaizen Foam is very easy to cut and customize.
