CR-10 CR-10s EDSAL Rack Tool Holder

This is a remix of ermenegildo's CR-10 ESA Tools Holder. I did a stand-alone mod to my CR-10S and loved the tool holder, but needed a way to re-home it and attach it to my EDSAL rack that my printer is on. I also cloned the hanger for the cutting tool so I would have a place for my ceramic tipped tweezers.
