i designed a Longboard in Fusion360 to be milled on my MPCNC
The main Board is a standard 21mm Multiplex Wood
it has a 10x10x700mm Carbon rood imbeded you can changes this to Aluminium or stainless steal.
It is smaller than a regular Longboard and is the optimal size for Traveling withe train or bus.
the CAM is already done for a MPCNC.

the Battery (12S2P) is made from 18650 Cells solderd to be flexible as you can see on one picture.
