GU10 ceiling repair and reinforcement grommet

I had a problem whereby successive removals of the light fittings in our ceiling had damaged the plasterboard. So I came up with this device which is in two parts and allows the damage to be repaired with filler and also creates a strengthened grommeted hole for the future so that the fittings can be removed more easily for painting etc.
