In the Fane of the Night Serpent of the Dungeons & Dragons adventure Tomb of Annihilation, Ras Nsi has teleporter stones described with rune-like snakes. This is my take on it, though as they currently are, they'll need a little post processing work after printing.They're marked Work in Progress for that reason, but I'm not yet sure I'll come back to edit them any time soon.
