Ender 3 / CR-10 Tool Holder

There is a small chance that the extruder cables could snag on the hex wrenches in the original design, so I rearranged some of the tool locations to prevent this.
The Ender 3 can reach Z 250, X 220 with this on it. It lifts to tools as shown, but now there is no risk of them getting caught in anything.
