1. Higher z-axes until there is enough space to place alignment tools
2. Position alignment tools on both Z-axes
3. Manually move both axes downwards until they **slightly** touch the alignment tool
4. Use the printer's move feature to higher the Z-axis by a few millimeters
5. Carefully remove the alignment tools
6. Auto home axes
