extruder speed knob (Creality Ender 2 / 3 / 3 pro or CR-10)

Knob for the Creality Ender 3 (Ender 3 Pro/CR-10 etc) extruder. Has a finger tip depression to enable fast "speed scrolling" of the extruder, and is designed to match my Ender 3 / 3 pro or CR-10 CR-10S and CR-10S Pro. You will need a M3 to fixe it.
