Low profile 40mm Fan for new Jhead mk5b on rich's Quik fit

Made to work with the new jhead Mk 5 (which is shorter than previous versions for more print height)and richraps quick fit carriage which left little room to cool the print and the extruder.
Without taking up x print area.

Using Hcross's mount idea this is what I came up with.

Also added a small mount area for a strip of LCDs.

Works well so far.

Not the pretiest but solved my problem.

Added some support structure for an upward print.
