Anycubic Kossel Bed level sensor mount

When you use an E3Dv6 with the Anycubic Kossel, the heat block is to big to fit the bedlevel sensor. With this mount, you can mount the sensor while using a bigger heat block.

You have to subtract around 12mm to the sensor z-offset in Marlin. (Mine was -16.44mm and now it is -28.36).
