Terraforming Mars Colony Tile Tray

Made a basic tray for the colony tile and cover (that flocor made) to keep it in place a little better for me (i.e. avoids it popping off the tile accidentally).

Added some thin rubber bumpers on the bottom as well to keep it from sliding around on the table. Not necessary, but I had some extra laying around.
