Thanhlon Alternate Base

There is now a minimal base for Thanhlon magazines. Similar to the minimized base for Kathanha magazines. Print as originally oriented.

Edit: 1/7/2021. Another file where the base is 3.5mm taller has been uploaded to work with larger screws or if users have difficulty drilling and screwing in the original file due to its short height.
